Lucy Dough was born from love, patience and the simple magic of flour and water.
My journey with sourdough started in my home kitchen during quiet mornings filled with the scent of fresh bread and the joy of watching something alive grow and transform, What began a small experiment quickly became a deep passion, caring for Lucy, (yes she has a name~my Lucy dough) day after day learning for rhythms, and discovering how much beauty exists in slow, handmade food.
In my kitchen, my bakery I believe bread is more than food, its comfort, connection, and a way of sharing love, Every sourdough starter and every loaf I create is nurtured by hand, using traditional methods, simple ingredients and plenty of time.
