All orders are carefully prepared and shipped whithin 1-3 business days. Because sourdough starter is a living product, I make each order fresh to ensure the highest quality upon arrival.
Shipping times may vary depending on location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Lucy Dough Bakery is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
Due the nature of our products (perishable and living food items), returns and exchanges ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
However, if there is any issue with your order -Damage, delays, or concerns about quality- please contact me within 24 hours of delivery, and I will gladly help you find a solution.
